Job Description

Begin as an entry level production technician at a small company that has all the benefits of a bigger company. First shift with overtime opportunities, 6:30 AM- 3PM Second shift with differential is a possibility, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3 weeks paid time off 10 paid holidays 401k Medical and dental insurance Position immediately available

Job Functions:

Support and become familiar with the manufacturing steps to make industrial ceramic insulation. Follow all production procedures, safety and personal protective equipment policies. Perform all housekeeping functions related to job. Perform preventative maintenance. Able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School or equivalent education, trade school or vocational training a plus. Ability to read and write English and perform mathematical calculations. Good oral communication skills. History of long term job positions. Positive work references.
