At our technologically advanced facilities, the Manufacturing Technician will play an instrumental role in brewing and packaging operations that touch millions globally. Responsibilities Monitor, control, and troubleshoot machinery within the brewing and packaging lines to ensure optimal performance. Perform regular maintenance checks and coordinate with the engineering department to resolve mechanical issues. Ensure strict compliance with company standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Record and analyze production data to report on performance trends and improvement opportunities. Assist in the implementation of new production technologies and systems for enhanced productivity. Actively participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Required Skills Proficiency in mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair Strong analytical skills to assess complex production processes Ability to operate or learn specialized manufacturing software and technologies Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management Capability to adhere to rigorous safety, quality, and production standards
