This temporary role supports manufacturing, sustainment, and engineering activities in a high-tech production environment focused on advanced drone detection and airspace technology. What You'll Do Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work in support of daily production Follow unit test procedures, assembly instructions, and established manufacturing processes Build, repair, and rework multi-wire cable harnesses and printed circuit boards Troubleshoot RF and digital failures from the system level down to components and ICs Use test stations, bench setups, mechanical tools, and electronic test equipment Document test results, discrepancies, repair findings, and troubleshooting activity clearly and accurately What You Bring High school diploma and 3+ years of related lab or production experience Ability to read and work from schematics, blueprints, test specifications, and instructions Experience using mechanical tools and electronic test equipment, including DMMs and oscilloscopes Strong mechanical aptitude and small tool skills Solid computer skills, including MS Office and internet browsers Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Experience Linux command line experience Radio Frequency theory or RF operation background
