Department Overview The Processing Department at Green Wells LLC (Casa Verde) is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and compliant preparation, packaging, and handling of cannabis products. Our department is critical in transforming raw cannabis materials into high-quality, consumer-ready products through well-defined processes, adherence to regulatory standards, and a commitment to quality control. Position Overview The Production Technician is responsible for performing essential cannabis processing tasks, including shredding, sifting, pre-roll production, and equipment maintenance. This role ensures all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Duties and Responsibilities The main responsibilities of the Production Technician include all aspects of the daily production tasks; monitoring quality of production to maximize efficiency and prevent failures; and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the cultivation area.

Shredding and Sifting :

Operate the High-Tech Shredder Sifter for material preparation, ensuring consistent particle size for pre-rolls and extraction.

Pre-Roll Production:

Load and operate the King Kone Pre-Roll Machine, ensuring accurate filling, quality checks, and adherence to production standards.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of processing equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and hygiene.

Inventory Management:

Accurately record product weights, counts, and batch details in logs and the Seed to Sale System.

PPE Compliance:

Follow all personal protective equipment guidelines, including respirators, gloves, and safety goggles.

Security and Access Control:

Adhere to all facility security protocols, including restricted area access, proper badge usage, and reporting any security concerns immediately.

Safety Standards:

Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines, reporting hazards, and participating in regular safety training sessions. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred. Knowledge of cannabis processing equipment and techniques is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs precisely. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity for operating equipment and handling cannabis material.
