Temp-to-Hire Work 4 Days. Keep Every Friday Off. Looking for 2nd shift without giving up your entire weekend? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Packaging Line Operators in Ashland for a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You'll work Monday through Thursday, giving you Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week while earning $18 /hour. This is a good fit for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and enjoys keeping a fast-moving production line running smoothly. What You'll Do Monitor the production and packaging line to keep product moving correctly
Check finished products for proper assembly and packaging
Supply caps, boxes, and other materials to the line
Identify and report product or line issues
Help maintain consistent product quality
Keep your work area clean and organized
Follow established safety and production procedures
Work with your team to keep production running efficiently What You'll Need High school diploma or GED required
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Previous manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience is helpful Why ? 4-day work week
Friday, Saturday & Sunday off every week
$18 /hour
