Your responsibilities will include: Operating transfer machines and positioning workpieces Loading coils and threading material through dies Inspecting stamped parts for quality Using measuring tools like gages, calipers, and micrometers Performing basic preventive maintenance and keeping your area clean Following SPC techniques to ensure product accuracy We are looking for: Mechanical aptitude — if you like working with your hands, you'll fit right in Basic math and computer skills Ability to learn quickly and follow processes Strong attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials

Pay Range:
