Whether you have direct experience or come from a related hands-on background, we provide paid training and certification to help you build a long-term career. What You'll Do Apply coatings using advanced thermal spray processes (HVOF, Plasma, Arc, Combustion) Set up and operate spray equipment and booths following detailed work instructions Verify materials and ensure jobs meet customer and quality specifications Prepare and coat test coupons for validation and inspection Operate automated equipment and make minor program adjustments Inspect parts and accurately complete all required documentation Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Follow technical drawings, process plans, and safety standards Identify and communicate production or quality concerns Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Cross-Training Opportunities You may also support: Surface prep (grit blasting / glass bead) Masking and finishing work Cleaning and inspection Shipping & receiving What We're Looking For We are open to candidates from a variety of hands-on backgrounds, including: Manufacturing or production Welding or fabrication CNC machining Automotive or diesel repair Industrial maintenance Coatings, painting, or finishing You'll be a great fit if you: Have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work Can follow detailed instructions and technical drawings Take pride in quality and precision Are dependable and safety-focused Want to learn a specialized trade Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Must be a U.S. Person as defined by
ITAR/EAR
