Production Technician Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd are available
Training:

Job Description:
Join our team as a Forge Line Technician, Shipping & Receiving, Quality, Die Set Up. or Machine Operator where you'll work as part of a dynamic 3 to 4-person team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn and grow within the forging process.
Responsibilities:
Operate the forge press as part of a collaborative team Set up and operate the forge press and trim press Use work instructions and set-up sheets to guide operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Visually inspect parts produced for quality assurance Utilize hand tools and digital calipers for measurements Process necessary documentation related to production Operate a lift truck as needed Assist in setting up support equipment and processes Use blacksmithing tongs as required Perform other duties as assigned, including potentially setting up conduction heaters to make billets malleable for pressing and lubricating machines between presses
Job Requirements:
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail for quality inspections Willingness to work overtime as needed This position is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing with a focus on forging processes.
