Job Description

Job Summary A manufacturing company in Dublin, Ohio is seeking Production Associates to assist in the fabrication of sheet metal products. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production processes.
Shifts Available:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 11:30 AM - 8:00
PM Pay:
$17.00+/hour

Full-Time Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment including spot welders, presses, and shearers Lift, position, and remove sheet metal parts from machines and workstations Load, stack, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished products Utilize forklifts, overhead cranes, and slings to move materials and dies Clean, grind, and prepare metal for fabrication, welding, painting, or shipping Perform quality inspections of parts and materials Read blueprints and operational documents as needed Remove scrap materials from work areas Maintain clean and organized workspaces, machines, and tools Additional Duties for
Experienced Candidates:
Perform manual finishing and hand work on fabricated metal parts Set up fabricating machines including press brakes, plasma cutters, drill presses, and bandsaws Develop operation sequences and production setups Design and construct templates and fixtures for fabrication processes
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications Forklift or crane experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift Ability to handle sheet metal materials and operate production equipment safely Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
