This position supports production operations by operating computer-controlled laser machining equipment to process precision components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production or manufacturing setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and documentation. Responsibilities Operate computer-based laser machining equipment to process components according to work instructions. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and process documentation. Verify equipment status and system conditions prior to operation. Inspect components to ensure quality and specification requirements are met. Enter production or inspection data into company systems as required. Support production team operations and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Train or assist other employees on production processes and equipment when requested. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment High School Diploma or GED Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small components Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated or manual inspection equipment Familiarity with ISO quality systems, preferably within medical device manufacturing Experience using optical inspection tools such as microscopes, magnifiers, or measurement equipment $17.00 - $20.40 per hour (W2) Pay varies depending on shift and experience #
