Shift Production Line Operator Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 1:30
AM Pay:
$20.00 per hour + Overtime Opportunities Join Our Team! Are you someone who enjoys staying busy, leading by example, and being part of a team that takes pride in making quality products? We're looking for a 2nd Shift Production Line Operator to help lead our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll operate equipment, support teammates, solve problems, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead and support your production team throughout the shift. Train and encourage team members. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure products meet customer quality standards. Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and production employees. Maintain accurate production paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assign work during downtime. Report equipment or safety concerns promptly. Lead by example by following company policies. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic math and computer skills Manufacturing experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Weekly Pay 401(k) with
