About the Role As a Plastics Manufacturing Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by ensuring the seamless creation of high-quality plastic components. You will contribute to our operational success by mastering machinery operation and maintaining rigorous quality standards to support our manufacturing output. Responsibilities Operate and oversee industrial plastic production equipment to ensure consistent output. Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished goods to guarantee adherence to quality specifications. Package products efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation standards. Uphold a safe and organized workspace by strictly following established industrial safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve daily production targets and throughput goals. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize process flow. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on product consistency and quality control. Proven capability to follow complex technical instructions and safety guidelines. Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with injection molding machinery and processes. Previous experience in a plastics manufacturing or polymer processing facility. A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn new technical manufacturing skills.
