Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Assembly Technicians in Mansfield starting at $19.00+ /hour. Work 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and get your workday finished early, leaving your afternoons and evenings open. This is hands-on production work where you'll use tools, measurements, and attention to detail to assemble custom products. If you have previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Assemble custom products using hand tools and power tools Measure materials and components accurately Read and use a tape measure throughout the assembly process Follow production specifications and work instructions Fit and assemble components with attention to detail Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Handle and move materials throughout the production process Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to meet daily production goals and quality standards What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Dependable attendance and consistent work history Ability to follow production processes and quality standards Ability to stand throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed No high school diploma or GED required.
