Job Description

We help property owners of all sizes recover from unexpected disasters. From small floods to commercial property fires.
Primary Role:
Perform services as assigned, follow company safety and production guidelines. Support Site Supervisor and other production personnel as needed.
Results Expected:
Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work instructions. Communications to Site Supervisor and management are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and grow to be an integral part of our system (paid training)
  • Respond to calls after hours, weekends, and holidays (rotation basis)
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record as you will be driving our vehicles to job sites
  • Must have the ability to lift 50lbs
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Detail orientated
Duties:
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform production services as assigned and communicate with Site Manager to ensure all needs are met. Refer all questions by customer to onsite Site Manager
  • Support Site Supervisor and other production personnel as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed
  • Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations
  • Utilize cleaning products, equipment, and personal protective equipment properly
  • Report and/or resolve any deficiencies in performance or service
  • Wear appropriate uniform and identification at all times Qualifications
  • Core skills in cleaning, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation
  • Experience in restoration industry with a focus on fire and water restoration
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge of construction practices and carpet cleaning techniques
  • Familiarity with asbestos abatement procedures
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
