22 We are seeking a Production Technician to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role will assist with production, equipment operation, cleaning, material movement, inspection, and packaging while following SOPs and GMP requirements.

Fully Onsite, New Albany, OH Pay:
$18-$22/hour

Rotating 12-hour shifts (2,2,3) Night Shift, 6:00 PM-6:30

Contract Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing processes according to SOPs and batch records . Set up, operate, clean, and prepare manufacturing equipment. Support production, filling, finishing, inspection, packaging, and/or solution preparation activities. Move materials and totes and ensure components are available for production. Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or production issues. Perform basic measurements, calculations, and material reconciliations. Document production activities using electronic batch records and computer systems . Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures . Maintain accurate production and inventory records. Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain continuous production.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED + 1 year of work or military experience, or Associate degree. Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or production experience preferred. Experience with equipment operation, packaging, batching, material handling, or inspection is a plus. Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic manufacturing systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed SOPs. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills. Must be comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift , including weekends and holidays as needed. INDBH #LI-DNI
