Apprenticeship Program:
Become a State of Ohio certified Press Tech Journeyman by participating in our state certified apprenticeship program.
Wages:
Base $18.00 plus up to approx. $5.00 per hr. incentive pay

Schedule:
1st Shift. Monday-Friday. 6am-3:00pm: 2nd shift. Monday-Thursday, 3pm -1:30 am Press Tech Responsibilities Operate automated press systems (operate press to meet product specs, load materials, package and label) Troubleshooting problems that arise with machines or the product Perform quality control on product Record metrics during and at the end of each shift Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management Foster and maintain a positive work environment Ensure health and safety standards are followed Press Tech Skills Required English Physical stamina and mobility (ability to be standing and walking for entire shift) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong problem-solving aptitude High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
