Full Job Description SUMMARY :
Perform production welding, assembly, basic machining and other manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Load & unload CNC cylinder head porting machines Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and machining finish to ensure product meets or exceeds quality standards. Pressure test cylinder heads. Wash and prep heads for assembly. Perform assembly, welding, and packaging operations of various products. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Manage supplies and equipment, including performing Preventive Maintenance and cleaning of assigned machinery, equipment, and work areas. Assist manufacturing personnel in machining, cleaning, inspecting, assembly, and any other duties as assigned in a team environment. Communicate and cooperate with the supervisor and all other members of the team to improve the operation in all areas including efficiency, productivity, and supply costs. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Graduate or equivalent. Automotive Technology, Automotive High Performance, or equivalent Automotive Machine Shop Training. Engine performance and rebuilding experience is a plus. 2 years of experience in automotive machining is a plus. Must have experience with measuring and gauging equipment.
SHIFT:
Monday - Friday, 1am - 9:30am
