detail-oriented Production Quality Technician to join our team. This role will work 6:00am - 6:30pm (48 hours one week [4 days], 36 hours the next [3 days]) This role works on the production floor and not in a lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and test in-process and finished product samples Verify packaging, labeling, coding, and product specifications Inspect incoming ingredients and monitor production conditions Ensure sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor Support audits, inspections, and quality investigations Document results and manage non-conforming products Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
