In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly and production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and ability to operate various tools and equipment will be essential in ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative products while developing your skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely to assist with material handling, assembly, and equipment setup Support the assembly line by performing tasks such as component installation, inspection, and packaging Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing workspace and warehouse areas Assist with inventory management by moving materials within the facility using forklifts and other equipment Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve production processes Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly processes Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting Mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks Experience working on an assembly line or in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills Basic warehouse experience is a plus, along with familiarity using hand tools and power tools Join us if you're eager to develop your technical skills in a vibrant manufacturing environment!
