We are looking for full-time Operators to join our production team. In this position, you will perform a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment, per documented work instructions. This may include sorting and inspecting product, final trimming and/or clean-up of plastic parts, counting, labeling and packaging finished product, performing secondary operations (drill press, small assemblies, sealed packs, sonic welding, hot-stamp printing, using hand-tools), completion of operator performance documentation (production, downtime, scrap, etc.) and maintaining a clean work area.WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Basic math skills
- Experience using simple hand tools with an ability to demonstrate basic mechanical understanding
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Must be team focused, selfless, and motivated to build relationships with other team members
- Must be highly dependable and reliable
- Capable of working a consistent 8-hr schedule, dependent on shift assignment
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds (infrequently)
- Standing and walking required
