Perform precision line boring on worn bores, pivot points, bearing housings, and pin connections. Measure components using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators. Verify dimensions and tolerances before, during, and after machining. Align and secure line boring equipment for accurate machining operations. Maintain line boring tools, machines, and related equipment. Complete job documentation and inspection reports. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating line boring equipment required. Strong understanding of machining practices and precision measurements. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair specifications. Proficiency with measuring instruments and machining tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage work assignments efficiently. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with portable field machining equipment. Welding experience to support bore restoration projects. Background working with heavy equipment components. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the workday. Comfortable working in shop and field environments.
