Flat rate pay scale. Opportunity to make $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience

At Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls, technicians have access to state-of-the-art equipment, manufacturer training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as "special tools". Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training. What You'll Bring 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required. Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality expertise. Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality repairs.
