looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Production Equipment Technician to help keep our filling and labeling equipment running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with equipment, and staying busy in a production environment. Full
  • Time:
    Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. The full-time employee must be comfortable working onsite and helping in other departments when needed. Part
Time:
On call/as needed based on equipment and production needs. Part-time employees must have a flexible schedule and be available to come in when called upon.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot bottle filling and labeling equipment Troubleshoot capping, pump-insertion, conveyor, and bottle-handling equipment Perform equipment changeovers for different bottles, pumps, caps, and labels Diagnose mechanical issues and make basic repairs Perform routine and preventive maintenance Work with pumps, sensors, pneumatic components, motors, and basic electrical controls Respond to equipment issues and help minimize production downtime Keep equipment and maintenance areas clean, safe, and organized Assist with other production equipment as needed Assist in other departments when needed to support overall production What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with manufacturing, packaging, filling, labeling, or similar equipment preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Willingness to learn our equipment and manufacturing processes Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed For full-time: Must be comfortable working in other departments when needed For part-time: Must be comfortable with an on-call/as-needed schedule Employers Overload is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building a diverse workforce. #EO09
