Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Pre-Roll Production Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining our pre-roll manufacturing process, ensuring consistent product quality, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with company procedures. This is a physically active role that requires standing for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movements throughout the workday. Key Responsibilities Grind bulk cannabis material for pre-roll production. Maintain detailed grinding logs and production records. Track and document waste accurately throughout the production process. Operate a Knockbox machine to produce pre-rolls efficiently and consistently. Use a Dutch Crown device to close and finish pre-rolls. Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in weight, appearance, and overall presentation. Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory tracking and production reporting as needed. QualificationsRequired Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. OLCC marijuana worker permit. Preferred Basic knowledge of METRC cannabis tracking software. Previous cannabis production, manufacturing, or packaging experience. Experience operating production equipment. Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
