Description Responsible for the efficient operating of equipment that processes raw agricultural materials into refined natural oil products. The technician monitors the manufacturing process and equipment, making necessary adjustments to meet the highest safety and quality standards. Training and career growth are provided for employees who demonstrate interest and the required skills. The technician will report to the manufacturing supervisor. Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills over an 8-12 hour shift. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing. Forklift operating skills and experience. Experience working in an agricultural or manufacturing environment.
