Who are we looking for? We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Lab Technician who enjoys working in both a laboratory and customer service environment. This individual will play a critical role in product testing, quality verification, data analysis, customer support, and the coordination of Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards Manufacturing activities. requirements, RoHS, and laboratory safety guidelines Coordinate Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards Manufacturing activities Quote customers on analytical services and spectrochemical standards Process customer orders, maintain records, and manage order status tracking Review analytical results against historical data and applicable specifications before reporting Construct, package, and ship Pot Rite kits to customers Assist with the manufacturing and certification of custom standards Support method development and continuous improvement activities within the laboratory Maintain inspection records and coordinate disposition of nonconforming materials Manage sample storage, retention, and disposal activities Provide responsive, professional customer support while maintaining strong customer relationships Who are You? BS degree in a scientific discipline, and 2-3 years related experience and/or training in a laboratory environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a laboratory and manufacturing environment Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering quality service Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately Motivated by problem-solving, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality results What competencies will you need? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience performing laboratory testing and data analysis Ability to interpret specifications, testing requirements, and quality standards Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy We are Offering...
