Position Overview:
We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking Restoration Production Technicians to join our team. As a Restoration Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. You will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage "Like it never even happened®!" Key Responsibilities Assist in the restoration and remediation of properties affected by disasters, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and sanitizing. Operate and maintain restoration equipment, such as water extraction machines, dehumidifiers, air movers, and power tools. Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and insulation. Set up containment areas and use proper safety measures to prevent the spread of contaminants. Assist with mold remediation, which may involve cleaning and treating affected areas. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the efficient and safe completion of restoration projects. Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Document all work performed, including before-and-after photos, moisture readings, and job progress reports. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment storage and vehicle maintenance. Uphold our commitment to delivering excellent customer service and professionalism on every job site. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in restoration work is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to various restoration techniques. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
