Job Description

Overview CHS is currently hiring for multiple 2nd shift opportunities with a well-established electronics manufacturing company. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and like working with small components and technology, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills in electronics manufacturing. These positions support several areas of production including SMT operations, electronic assembly, and automated inspection.
Positions Available:
SMT Operator Machine Operator AOI Operator Electro-Mechanical Assembler Schedule:
2nd
Shift:
Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM •Overtime may be available in some departments•
What You'll Do:
Assist with setup and operation of SMT pick-and-place equipment Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools Review AOI inspection results and identify potential defects Operate production equipment (training provided) Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate production
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and good visual inspection skills Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small parts Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) Experience with
IPC-A-610
standards is a plus but not required How to
