This is NOT a building maintenance or facilities maintenance position. We are hiring an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the manufacturing equipment that keeps our production lines running safely and efficiently. What we can't teach is reliability, mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work. - You enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems rather than simply replacing parts.
- You have dependable attendance and understand that production depends on employees showing up every day and on time.
- You can read and follow written instructions, work orders, repair manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- You take pride in repairing equipment correctly, safely, and efficiently.
- You enjoy learning new equipment and continuously improving your skills.
- You're comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment that includes heat, humidity, dust, noise, and moving equipment.

- You understand that personal mobile devices are secured during working hours and may only be accessed during scheduled breaks in designated areas due to customer and security requirements.

Pay attention to detail and produce quality work. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, production maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or similar experience. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ability to read an analog clock and tape measure. Basic math and geometry skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Dependable attendance. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Technical school, maintenance certification, military mechanical experience, or related trade experience. Welding experience. Has or willing to achieve a boilers license. Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment. Experience using diagnostic equipment, multi-meters, and common maintenance hand tools.
