Job Description

Join the Future of Industrial 3D Printing - No Experience Required! We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing production team and help manufacture next-generation medical devices using cutting-edge HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology. As a 3D Print Production Technician, you will work hands-on with advanced industrial 3D printing systems, post-processing equipment, and innovative manufacturing workflows used to produce orthopedic and prosthetic devices that improve patients' lives around the world. What We Offer Full training - no prior 3D printing experience required Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art industrial 3D printing technologies Work in a fast-growing and innovative manufacturing environment Opportunities for career growth and technical skill development Dynamic and supportive team atmosphere 401(k) plan Key Responsibilities Operate and support industrial HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing production Perform post-processing and finishing of printed parts Prepare and handle printing materials according to production procedures Inspect printed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards Assist with machine cleaning, maintenance, and production workflow organization Package and prepare finished components for assembly and shipment Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets Support production schedules that regularly include weekend work to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently. Depending on production demands and team coordination, weekend shifts may range from shorter support shifts to full-day coverage. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures Good manual dexterity and willingness to work hands-on with industrial equipment Interest in advanced manufacturing and modern technologies Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Willingness to learn new skills and processes Flexibility to support production schedules, including weekends when required Previous manufacturing or technical experience is a plus, but not required Ready to start a career in advanced manufacturing and industrial 3D printing?
