What You'll Be Doing:

Manufacture interior elevators Use power tools and tape measure on a daily basis Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and systems Lifting approximately 40 pounds, on feet all day, moving Collaborate with different areas in the shop Follow safety, quality, and process standards Learn and practice Lean manufacturing to implement continuous improvement processes and identify opportunities Work in fear-free culture
