Production Technician STS Technical Services United States, Pennsylvania, York Jul 28, 2026 STS Technical Services is hiring Production Technician in York, Pennsylvania to support operations at Harley-Davidson's York Vehicle Operations facility. If you want to work on iconic motorcycles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is your opportunity. We are actively hiring team members to support assembly operations at one of the most recognized motorcycle brands in the world. Company Overview Harley-Davidson represents more than machines. York Vehicle Operations plays a critical role in producing Softail and Touring models, limited edition custom motorcycles, and replacement parts for current and legacy platforms. Position Summary Production Associates perform manufacturing and assembly tasks in a high-speed production environment. While this role may include material handling, equipment loading and unloading, and related production duties, current openings are focused on assembly operations. This is a temporary agency position supporting bargaining unit work. Temporary agency employees are not covered by the union collective bargaining agreement. Key Responsibilities Operate pre-set equipment for repetitive production tasks Assemble components by placing parts in specified relationships Inspect parts for fit, function, and cosmetic quality Perform simple equipment adjustments as required Align components and tighten fasteners Perform general servicing and gauging operations Use a variety of hand and production tools Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the production process Report defects during all phases of manufacturing Stand for extended periods in a high-speed manufacturing environment Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: High School Diploma GED One year of work experience Manufacturing Skills Standard Certification (MSSC) Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and performing repetitive assembly tasks. Schedule 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Temporary agency employees must be able to work day shift hours and are not guaranteed a minimum number of hours. Future night shift opportunities may become available.
