Location:
Tipton, IN Join our team as a Production Technician in a fast-paced, agricultural environment. Contribute to the world of farming by supporting production operations and ensuring high-quality seed processing. Responsibilities Operate and monitor equipment and facilities, ensuring quality and adherence to standard operating procedures. Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning, sorting, and maintaining equipment.
Engage in various seasonal tasks:
inspecting and maintaining seed crops, managing seed inventory, and supporting harvesting and packaging. Participate in daily team meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues. Work in outdoor and indoor environments, adapting to all weather conditions. Essential Skills Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or farming. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 lbs, walking, and climbing stairs. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred for consideration as a full-time employee. Why Work Here?   • Varies $20.2 Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tipton, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50
