Job Description

Brand V is a full-service branding, signage, and graphics company specializing in custom signs, environmental branding, vehicle wraps, wall murals, wayfinding systems, architectural signage, print, apparel, and marketing solutions. We partner with businesses, municipalities, school systems, universities, developers, and government agencies across the Carolinas to create brands people recognize. We're looking for someone who enjoys both creative design and hands-on production. This is a hybrid role where you'll spend time designing projects in Adobe Creative Suite while also helping fabricate, install, and wrap the projects you create. What You'll Be Doing:
Design Design custom signage, vehicle wraps, wall murals, branding packages, print materials, apparel, and environmental graphics Create client presentations and realistic project mockups Prepare production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus) Collaborate with our team to develop creative branding solutions Production & Installation Assist in sign fabrication and assembly Install vinyl graphics, wall murals, window graphics, and vehicle wraps Support commercial sign installations Assist with print production, finishing, trimming, laminating, and packaging Operate shop equipment, power tools, and production machinery Load and unload materials for installations Maintain an organized, clean production facility The Types of Projects You'll Work On School branding and athletic facilities Universities and colleges Municipal and government buildings Corporate offices Restaurants and retail stores Vehicle and fleet graphics Monument signs Interior office branding Wayfinding systems Window graphics Wall murals Trade show displays Apparel and promotional products Every week is different. One day you may be designing a wall mural, the next installing graphics at a high school, wrapping a fleet vehicle, or fabricating signage for a city project. What We Need Experience with Adobe Illustrator Strong attention to detail Comfortable learning new software and equipment Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly Comfortable working on ladders and active job sites Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience That Moves You to the Front of the Line Vehicle wrap installation Window tinting Sign shop or print production Vinyl installation Basic fabrication or carpentry Welding experience Experience operating shop equipment Previous signage or branding industry experience What You'll Learn Professional vehicle wrapping Advanced vinyl installation Commercial sign fabrication Large-format print production Welding and fabrication Architectural sign installation Project management Branding and environmental graphics For the right candidate, Brand V will invest in Avery Dennison Certified Wrap Installer training and certification. Schedule Monday-Friday Daytime hours Full-time preferred (part-time considered for exceptional candidates) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and portfolio. Candidates with sign industry, wrap installation, or production experience will receive higher starting pay.
