- 75,000 base, benefit plan, mileage/travel expenses covered, training Unload, unbox, assemble, align, power‑up, and FAT finishing systems; repack and ship with documentation Occasional travel and field support for installation, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, repair, and additional customer support The Company Long‑standing provider of industrial finishing systems for the digital print marketplace (slit/cut/crease, creaser/folder, laminators, digital die cutters, UV coating, perfect binding, cutters, booklet makers, feeders) Known for strong training, hands‑on technical development, and a culture that supports long‑term career growth Serves high‑demand customers across commercial print, packaging, signage, textiles, and industrial production environments Growing North American operations, including an expanding Buffalo‑based technical team with a collaborative, technician‑first culture The Position Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic control/software issues on industrial finishing and production‑print systems Perform installations, calibrations, system alignment, and start‑up support, including operator training and performance verification Execute full factory acceptance testing (FAT), including registration checks, sensor/drive verification, safety/operation validation, and documentation Provide shop‑based remote support between site visits and travel once every ~2 months for a few days (typically Monday-Friday, home most weekends) The Detail $60,000•75,000 base, benefit plan, mileage/travel expenses covered, training 5-10+ years in copier/production print or industrial print/finishing service (strong copier techs encouraged to apply) Electro‑mechanical troubleshooting, reading schematics, meters, motion/transport basics, alignment; familiarity with production environments
