This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.In this job you will:
Build, process, and test subassemblies and assemblies. Interpret and follow established processes and procedures. Read and interpret technical documentation, such as prints, diagrams, specifications, manufacturer manuals, and engineering drawings. Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and company policies. Must be willing to perform work on weekends as required. Must be willing to work overtime as required. Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience. No clearance required to start Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to read, comprehend and follow established written instructions and drawings without deviation. Perform basic math and measurement functions. Communicate nonconformances to management and quality assurance.Preferred Qualifications:
Operating industrial equipment such as precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.Primary Level Salary Range:
$49,100.00 - $81,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
