Medical, Dental, PTO, Paid Vacation, Retirement Plan with Company Match About the Role Clear Carbon & Components Inc. is hiring Composite Manufacturing Technicians to fabricate high-end custom carbon fiber and composite components. Our products are used in specialized industries including aerospace, defense, marine, musical instruments, and undersea applications . This is a hands-on manufacturing position where precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions are critical. Previous composite experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate with manufacturing, fabrication, production, assembly, or other hands-on experience who wants to learn a specialized trade. What You'll Do
  • Fabricate custom carbon fiber and composite components
  • Perform prepreg lamination and composite layup
  • Perform vacuum bagging and infusion molding processes
  • Prepare molds and composite materials for production
  • Sand, finish, and prepare components to meet quality standards
  • Follow drawings, specifications, laminate schedules, and detailed work instructions
  • Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow company safety and quality procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a manufacturing team Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
  • Carbon fiber or fiberglass fabrication
  • Vacuum infusion molding
  • Prepreg lamination
  • Vacuum bagging
  • Composite layup
  • Aerospace or marine composites
  • Composite manufacturing
  • Mold preparation and finishing
  • Sanding and finishing composite components Other Backgrounds We Consider We also encourage candidates with hands-on experience in:
