Job Description

Production Lead Technician Execution of the work plan; maintaining quality and production pace under direction. Qualifications Must have a clean driving record and valid SC Drivers License Must be able to drive under the company insurance policy Actively manage and execute a specific phase of the project (e.g., vapor barrier installation, drainage layout, insulation removal). Provide guidance and direct oversight to 1-2 Technicians. Ensure high quality of work and adherence to the work scope and deadlines. Handle basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting on site. Lead and/or manage and assist repairs on structural repair/floor framing, including: Sill/Joists/Girder repairs and installation Bathroom floors and shower pans Crawl space door CMU piers and permanent pier installation. Lead install of interior french drains, sub slab drains, sump pump pits including plumbing and wiring of sump pumps. Lead install of barriers, encapsulations, vent sealing and dehumidification systems. Lead install of Spray Foam on crawl space walls Manage Daily Workflow Manage job site: workflow, quality, work timeliness, materials purchase, work folder, communicating with customers well, communicating with office staff. Be proficient in doing and overseeing all repairs required with a two man crew. Be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate with the Production Manager as changes arise. Manage tools on site for each job - making sure the tools needed are on site at the time needed to make workflow most efficient. Be proactive in cutting down trips to home improvement stores by planning ahead. Take pictures of finished work and load into Google drive Listen to and follow instructions of the Production Manager. Give updates at the end of each day to the Production Manager.
