Position summary ying issues early, raising concerns, and participating in downtime failure analysis and problem-solving activities. Achieve production and delivery goals through skilled execution of job responsibilities, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and completing housekeeping and equipment cleaning tasks. Strengthen team capability by instructing and coaching others, serving as an informal resource to less-experienced team members, and completing ongoing training and personal development. Contribute to continuous improvement by working closely with peers, support teams, and TPM groups to reduce manufacturing constraints, improve processes, and enhance safety, quality, and material flow. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Relevant work experience as Mechatronics Technician in high volume assembly process. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Strong technical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills - ability to work with state-of-the-art technology on automated assembly lines. Team Player, Fast Learner, Self-Starter - Track Record of success.
