This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, precision, and continuous improvement. As a vital member of our manufacturing operations, you will ensure the efficient and compliant production of peptide products, supporting our mission to advance scientific discovery and healthcare solutions. Responsibilities Peptide Production Prepare reagents, solvents, and raw materials required for peptide production. Operate and maintain equipment associated with manufacturing laboratory. Perform basic peptide compounding. Operate lyophilizers and support peptide drying processes. Documentation and Compliance Complete batch records, manufacturing logs, and equipment records accurately and in a timely manner. Follow company SOPs, laboratory safety procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain data integrity and accurate documentation practices. Equipment and Facility Maintenance Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment as required. Ensure manufacturing workspaces remain organized and compliant with housekeeping standards. Monitor inventory levels of consumables and notify management of replenishment needs. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing areas. Quality Support Verify materials, labels, and documentation prior to product release. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and safety. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures. Ability to accurately complete technical documentation and records. Basic understanding of laboratory safety practices and chemical handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications High-school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in peptide pharmaceutical manufacturing, or chemical manufacturing. Familiarity lyophilization. Experience working in a regulated environment, including GMP, GLP, or ISO quality systems. Exceptional communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during manufacturing operations. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Manual dexterity required for laboratory procedures and equipment operation. Work Environment Laboratory and manufacturing setting with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and laboratory equipment. Use of PPE, including gloves, lab coats, safety glasses, and other protective equipment as required. Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to detail and adherence to schedules.
