You'll be: Troubleshooting equipment, identifying root causes, and taking corrective action to resolve problems on the production floor Recognizing quality issues and making immediate adjustments to maintain top product standards Performing preventive maintenance and general upkeep on equipment to enhance reliability and consistency Applying your knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed production targets Handling materials, including proper packaging and labeling of products Repairing breaks in the production line by tying or splicing ends as necessary Inspecting fiber from creel to winders for splices and ensuring proper setup using production forms This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have prior experience or training in manufacturing or related mechanical processes (must have) Possess a solid work ethic and strong attendance record (must have) Are comfortable working rotating shifts: days and nights, following a set rotation with regular days off (must have) Are able to work safely around mechanical machinery Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain product quality standards What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
