In this role, you will be based at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we support the manufacturing of hydraulic actuators for today's aircraft. As a Manufacturing Aerospace Technician, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop while pursuing a rewarding career with some of the latest automated manufacturing technologies. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain technical manufacturing procedures across multiple areas and processes In a flexible and cross-trained teaming environment, take an active role in sitewide decision making Lead complex tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support the full product line as needed. Maintain key process variables and ensure accurate daily logging and escalation of concerns. Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence. Improve process documentation, work instructions, and standard work in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Support 5S, safety, daily management, and production escalations. Ability to give and receive feedback from member employees of all levels Crosstrain and learn multiple manufacturing and operational roles Train and mentor team members to build capability across the organization. Key Skills Strong technical capability with SOPs, engineering documentation, and complex product issues. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, reading aerospace drawings and design data, GD&T, and quality standards. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude with experience using tools, equipment, and measurement instruments. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions. Proficiency with lean, enterprise manufacturing systems, automation technologies, and production software. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and standardized work.
