Recruiting Solutions is hiring Production Workers for 3rd Shift!
Starting Pay:
$20.35/hr 3rd Shift Recruiting Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking candidates to join their production team. This is a hands-on, physical position in a manufacturing environment similar to construction work.Job Duties Include:
- Assisting with the production of concrete products and infrastructure materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Cleaning and preparing molds and work areas
- Lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift
- Working in a dusty, dirty, and non-climate-controlled environment
- Following safety and production guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the day Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or general labor is a plus Reliable transportation and strong attendance requiredSchedule:
- Typical work days are around 10 hours or until production is complete
- Overtime may be required based on workload This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable in a tough, industrial environment.
