Job Description
Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support cheese and dairy ingredient production in our modern Milbank, SD facility. This role operates and monitors vats, presses, and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. Responsibilities include following production schedules, conducting quality checks, maintaining accurate records, and performing sanitation and CIP procedures. The operator adheres to strict safety and food safety standards while working collaboratively in a family-oriented, team-focused environment with opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement in manufacturing and operations.
