Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Tent Manufacturing Plant Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality tents by operating machinery, inspecting materials, and ensuring safety standards are maintained. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to assemble and produce tents according to specifications Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, durability, and safety compliance Assist with setting up workstations and preparing materials for production runs Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve manufacturing processes Document production activities accurately and report any discrepancies or defects Support inventory management by tracking materials used and replenishing supplies as needed Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing environments is a plus Join us as a Tent Manufacturing Plant Technician and be part of a dedicated team that crafts the tents that make memorable events possible!
