Job Title:

Production Tech Job Description We are seeking dedicated Production Technicians and Material Handlers to manage inventory by identifying, labeling, and positioning materials across the production floor. The role requires the ability to lift between 50-75 lbs and assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Proficiency with RF scanners and data entry is essential for this position. Responsibilities Maintain and manage inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials. Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently. Operate RF scanners for inventory management. Perform data entry tasks related to inventory control. Essential Skills Experience in production, forklift operation, and inventory management. Proficient in packaging and general production tasks. Skilled in using RF scanners. 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment. Competence in material handling and heavy lifting. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings. Experience as Production Workers, Warehouse Workers, or Material Handlers. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
