Production Job Summary:
The Production Associate/Operator will work on various production lines within an automotive glass manufacturing or fabrication facility. This role is responsible for operating equipment, performing inspections, handling materials, and ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Use precision measuring instruments to verify product quality. Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools safely and effectively during production and maintenance tasks. Monitor production output and maintain quality standards. Complete production documentation accurately and on time. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required. Strong basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, and decimals. Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1+ year of experience in a production environment preferred. Key Competencies Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, alternate schedules, weekends, and holidays as required. Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
SCHEDULE
Night shift 6:30p-6:45am, rotating schedule.
Pay:
$19.18 per hour
