Job Description

About the Role Join a dynamic manufacturing team where you will serve as a key technical contributor in our high-output production environment. You will leverage your expertise in machine calibration and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency and product excellence. Responsibilities Execute complex machine setups and precise calibrations to meet daily production targets. Perform proactive mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Conduct rigorous quality inspections, including First Article checks and routine teardowns, to ensure product specifications are met. Manage raw material preparation, including shafting and trimming, to maintain a seamless workflow. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the production zone to support a safe, efficient environment. Coordinate with leadership to report material inconsistencies or necessary equipment repairs. Prepare for upcoming production runs by staging components and ensuring all systems are ready for transition. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a technical manufacturing or industrial role. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using precision measuring tools. Proven ability to perform machine setups and complex technical adjustments. Experience utilizing computers and standard business software for production tracking. Preferred Skills Associate's Degree from an accredited institution. Prior experience with hazardous waste management or safety compliance protocols. Advanced background in industrial maintenance or electrical repair.
