Position Summary As a member of the Manufacturing Operations Shift Team, the employee is responsible for performing activities that improve the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world-class speed and quality: Monitor, evaluate and interact with software systems and computerized manufacturing equipment to maintain proper photo resist inventory and chemical age. Communicate and follow through on any inhibitors to manufacturing performance. Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods. Must have a clear understanding of the tools and systems that are utilized and the product that is being produced. Requires compliance with all security, health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
Bottleneck Identification & Management. Tool efficiency (rundown, utilization, stop loss). Communicating Production Roadblocks. Following Operating Procedures to execute well-defined tasks. Influencing others to create change. Basic Data analysis and interpretation. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: Intermediate computer skills (>30 WPM typing ability) Self-motivated and strong critical thinking skills Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to both follow and create documented procedures Ability to wear a cleanroom smock for an entire shift and lift up to 25lb. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
