We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers to support a global 24/7 manufacturing operation. Pay Range:
$18.00
  • $24.
00 per hour (Plus Shift Differentials)
Starting Rate:
Your specific hourly rate will be determined based on your years of applicable mechanical experience.
Skills Assessment:
Final pay offers are contingent upon the results of onsite skills testing, where you will demonstrate your proficiency with hand tools and assembly sequences. Work Schedule & Compensation We offer various shift options to fit your lifestyle, including standard 8-hour shifts and 10-hour Compressed Work Weeks (CWW).
Available Shifts:
1st Shift (Day): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start between 5:00 AM
  • 6:30 AM. 2nd Shift (Swing): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start between 2:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM. 3rd Shift (Night): Monday
  • Friday | Typical start at 10:00 PM.
Weekend Shifts:
CWW schedules for Day, Swing, and Night. Shift Differentials (Earn More per Hour!): Boost your base pay by working one of our premium shifts: 2nd Shift (Swing): +10% pay increase 3rd Shift (Night): +13% pay increase
Weekend Day:
+10% pay increase
Weekend Swing:
+18% pay increase
Weekend Night:
+23% pay increase
Overtime & Flexibility:
Overtime is common and may be required based on business needs (including weekends).
Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly:
Use torque wrenches , calibrated hand tools, and power tools to build complex electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems.
Technical Execution:
Interpret detailed schematics and blueprints to ensure 100% accuracy in every build.
System Testing:
Use leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and electronic measurement tools to validate system integrity.
Documentation:
Audit incoming parts and document labor/progress via computer terminals.
Required Qualifications Tool Expertise:
Strong proficiency with manual and power torque tools .
Mechanical Background:
We welcome experience from any industry— Automotive, Aviation, Diesel, HVAC, or General Manufacturing .
Aptitude:
Must pass an onsite mechanical/assembly skills test.
